Return and Refund Policy

At Da Burncí Custom Engravings, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Because the majority of our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we have a strict return policy in place.

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the nature of custom laser engraving and personalized vinyl decals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been personalized (e.g., items with names, dates, custom text, or specific designs). All sales of custom items are final.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake with your customization (e.g., we misspelled a name you provided correctly), we will make it right.

How to Report: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [DaBurnciEngravings@gmail.com].

What We Need: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or error.

Resolution: We will send a replacement free of charge. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund.

3. Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized items (standard designs with no custom text), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

We start working on designs and setting up machines quickly.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 12 hours (or once production has begun), cancellations are not accepted.

5. Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
