We are a family-owned business in Texas. Every item you order is handled with care, from the laser bed to the shipping box. Because we prioritize quality over speed, we appreciate your patience as we craft your order.

1. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that "Processing Time" is different from "Shipping Time."

Processing Time: The time we need to prepare, engrave, cut, or create your order.
- Standard Orders: 1–3 business days.
- Custom/Personalized Orders: 2–5 business days (depending on design approval).
Shipping Time: The time it takes the carrier (USPS/UPS) to deliver your package once it leaves our shop.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship nationwide across the United States.

Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure the best rates and reliability.
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

3. Damaged Items

We pack every order securely to prevent damage. However, we know that shipping accidents happen.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at: DaBurnciEngravings@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and the box it arrived in. We will work with you to file a claim and get a replacement sent out as quickly as possible.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Da Burncí Custom Engravings is not responsible for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking says delivered but you don't have it:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.
Verify the shipping address you entered at checkout.
If you suspect theft, please file a police report.

5. A Note on Custom Orders

Because many of our products (like personalized tumblers or custom signs) are made specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order.
